Over the years we have gained a considerable amount of experience with a broad range of CNC Controls. Some of the controls we have worked with are: Allen Bradley CNC Controls 7300, 8200, 8200AT, 9 Series and 9/PC; Fanuc CNC Controls from the 6T & 6M all the way up to the 30i; MachineMate CNC Controls LW, L2 and eCNC.
We offer the following services to support your CNC Application requirements.
Part-Programming:
With many years experience in part-programming, we are confident we can assist you with even your most complex applications. We can import your CAD drawings into our CAD/CAM system and produce the G-Code part-programs for your machine. In many cases, we can even assist you with developing post-processors for your own CAD/CAM systems to produce more efficient part-programs.
Cycle Optimization:
By looking at your existing cycles and evaluating your programs, we can typically reduce your cycle time. Often times cycle time can be reduced significantly allowing you to produce many more parts per year.
Troubleshooting:
In many cases, customers are looking to get their machines back in service very quickly. We understand this need and pride ourselves in our ability to perform this function. While we are able to return the machine to service quickly, we also like to evaluate the cause of the problem. By going the extra step, we can recommend long-term solutions to chronic problems. Our ability to provide long-term solutions sets us apart from the average service providers.
Retrofits:
STS is an Authorized Integrator for MachineMate CNC controls. We offer retrofits to fit your specific requirements. In many cases, a new CNC Control is all that is required to make your machine more reliable and efficient. We can perform drive and motor replacements for your axes and spindles as well. If your drives are still reliable and you want to keep them, we will interface them to the new CNC. We can come back later to retrofit the drives and motors if they become unserviceable. By doing the retrofit in stages, you can spread the cost of a total retrofit over time.
Integrations:
STS will work with OEMs and Machine Tool Builders to integrate MachineMate CNC Controls onto their equipment. STS will also perform site startup and support services for end users.
