STS is proud to use NUM CNC controls to perform grinder retrofits. NUM has been providing CNC controls for high-end applications for many years now. NUM has developed a control package that is specifically designed for the grinder market. With these specific NUM CNC grinder control features it is very easy to go from part print to production quickly and accurately.
The NUM CNC assists the operator by utilizing extensive online "Help". During set-up and operation the operator can press the help button and get context sensitive help. These help features will lead the operator through the steps necessary to complete the operation. In addition, the machine schematics can be stored on the control for convenient accessibility to maintenance personnel.
